Show InOut is a Mozilla Thunderbird extension that will add two columns to the list of mails. One shows an indicator wether a mail is incoming or outgoing, the other shows the sender or the recipient of the mail respectively.
These columns are designed to replace the sender and recipient columns for people who mix their incoming and outgoing mails in one folder.
Drawback: Its not possible to use these columns for sorting.
