This software package uses your existing sound card to generate pure tones to aid your tuning of a musical instrument.
It allows you to select various guitar tunings and pitches.
It also let's you program in a chord, then it will simulate it's sound so you may hear it (does not sound like a guitar).
If you plug your electric guitar into the mic input on your sound card, the tuner will show you which string you are playing and how far out of tune it is.
