OraWatch Agent is intended for high level Oracle performance monitoring; it is designed to be very light on Oracle RDBMS and non-intrusive. Experienced Oracle DBAs use a set of Oracle performance monitoring SQL scripts to fulfill routine Oracle monitoring tasks.
OraWatch consolidates and enhances those widely used SQL scripts to provide the best-practice Oracle monitoring solution. A deployed OraWatch agent is an acting Oracle DBA that accurately executes these SQL scripts; promptly alerts the abnormal events; and logs the historic performance data for deep analysis.
Working with other agents, such as O/S agents, and ERP Agents, it provides a complete availability and performance monitoring solution for the Oracle RDBMS based application.
