eNewsletter Manager application aimes to be a complete newsletter management solution, from the management of the opt-in and opt-out submissions of subscribers, to the sending of the newsletter itself, all with the mere need of just one POP and SMTP mail accounts.

It is not to be seen as powerful and complete as dedicated newsletter servers’ solutions; rather, the eNewsletter Manager v2 tends to offer a performant solution for all individuals and companies that need to easily manage medium-sized newsletters lists at reasonable costs.

The eNewsletter Manager v2 is mainly composed of four parts:

  • The Database Manager, where you can manage your eNewsletter Databases and contacts;
  • The Composer, that allows to compose the newsletters emails;
  • The Grabber, which manages all the opt-in and opt-out functionalities of your eNewsletters.
  • The Sent Messages, which allows you to see all you sent eNewsletters Manager messages.

    eNewsletter Manager features
  • manage up to 3 eNewsletter Databases, all with independant settings;
  • alternate HTML & Text messages (mail clients that cannot handle HTML will receive the Text version);
  • automatically update your eNewsletter Databases via subscribe (opt-int) and remove (opt-out) submission emails;
  • send personalized emails with the first name, last name and email address of the recipient (limited to a a maximum of 100 number of subscribers / sending operation);
  • unicode support for emails written using non-ascii characters;
  • resume interrupted operations;
  • ESMTP and POP authentication;
  • add multiple attachments (base64 encoding);
  • a Web Form Submission Script Generator will assist you in creating submission web forms that you can use in your website;
  • store submission emails's full headers;
  • advanced server customization options;
  • detailed Log Events for operations;
  • Backup & Restore Databases;
  • easily manage your eNewsletters Databases by editing, merging, duplicating, importing or exporting subscribers;
  • import from outlook directly;
  • save your sent messages, together with their respective sending logs;
  • complete self-explanatory Help File (currently available only in english);
  • tested on AOL email clients (from version 6.0);
  • only one POP and one SMTP mail accounts needed.
