FramExtractor helps you extract frames from movies and then saves them as a picture (bitmap format).
Basically, the program takes a screenshot of a selected frame; each time a frame is saved, a little snapshot-icon will appear in the traybar. A selected frame will be saved as a Windows Bitmap (*.bmp).
