Toppy is a nice little utility which lives in the system tray that allows you to easily control which windows stay on top simply by using keyboard hot keys.
Basicly, after you have run Toppy! pressing WinKey + ArrowUp will set the active window to stay on top... and pressing WinKey + ArrowDn will set the window back to normal.
This is a very useful little app which i'm sure you'll use all the time!
