Kansas is an AutoIt3 script (and a compiled executable for those who don't have or want AutoIt) which changes the shell back to Explorer and logs off (which is much faster), without any user interface.
It's called "Kansas" after Dorothy's home from "The Wizard of Oz". Like Explorer, Kansas was dull and grey, but it was Home, and that's where she wanted to go.
