InstantTimeZone is a free World Time Zone displayer which will show the current time and date in another time zone, in system tray, next to your computer clock.
On mouse over, the full time (with minutes) is diplayed, and comment or date.
You can use many InstantTimeZone at same time, with different color, for show times of many / multiple timezones (need many installation (setup) in different directory).
By left click, you can open a small windows for display text (date+time+comment). Many options, alarm, calendar...
