A distinction is made beetween ideas and style (like in publication tools) that allows direct manipulations (like in WYSIWYG tools). The creation of the presentation is made using three windows: structuration, design and muldimedia editor.
It is written in Java and has been tested under Mac OS 10.3, Linux and Windows XP with Java 1.4.2. Osmose allows you to visualize your presentation on screen, on paper and in HTML (under Mac OS X, it is also easy to create PDF files from your presentation).
