WGL4Key - Unicode-Input for Windows 9x/NT

This "PanEuropean" character set contains 652 characters and is called Windows Glyph List 4. It covers several codepages: 1250, 1251, 1252, 1253, and 1254 (= all european languages).

WGL4Key will allow you to use these characters in any RTF or Unicode-application (e.g. WinWord, WordPad) without changing the keyboard-language.

Important: Some applications don't accept all WGL4-characters. Changing the clipboard method may help (options-menu, requires riched20.dll). Toggle pasting method if no characters are accepted.
