RAT is able to process LARGE files quickly and is great for replacement operations on HTML code. It can process multiple files and recurse directories too!
RAT is freeware, if you are not satisfied with the program simply remove RAT.EXE from your computer.
Warning - Always backup files prior to modifying any documents. Rat will not search and replace strings embedded in some versions of applications - Winword and Excel.
