Star Remote Chat is a multi platform chat program. It was designed primary for Star Media Center's broadcasting mode as a remote controller and users gathering place.
Since Star Media Center's broadcasting content can be viewer on Linux machines as well, I've decided to make Star Remote Chat a multi platform chat program. I also written independent server applications for both Windows and Linux based systems.
In conclusion the Star Remote Chat Package contains:
- Star Remote Chat client for win32 - the client side that works with Windows 95/98/ME/2000/XP/2003.
- Star Remote Chat server for win32 - the server side that works with Windows 95/98/ME/2000/XP/2003.
- Star Remote Chat client for linux - the client side that works with any Linux distribution.
- Star Remote Chat server for linux - the server side that works with any Linux distribution.
